Ferous

Our company developed in time a modern network of collection of the ferrous materials (iron, plate, steel, stainless steel, cast iron) and non-ferrous materials (copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, lead, paper - board, plastic, film) supported by its own transportation, processing and forwarding systems. The contracts concluded with our suppliers stipulate the location of containers for each waste category, containers that in moment of their filling are taken over by us with our own means of transportation.

For the efficiency of this system the company owns 80 containers and 8 trans-container trucks. The sorting of the ferrous and non-ferrous wastes on international qualitative categories is made with specialized personnel and by means of great capacity equipment, greiffers and front-end loaders. The cutting of outsized ferrous profiles is made by means of the oxyacetylene flame cutting system and by means the press having 800 tones power in order to obtain the dimensions requested by the international standards.

The compaction of the ferrous metal wastes is made by means of 4 presses of 90 and 160 tones power. The loading and the transportation for delivery to our customers is made in railway wagons and in our own trucks by means of loaders and greiffers. This technical system allows to be processed at least 80.000 tonnes of ferrous materials per year.
